CHIMERATECH FORTRESS DRAGON
Fusion/Effect Monster (Machine/DARK/0 ATK/0 DEF)
TEXT:"Cyber Dragon" + 1 or more Machine-Type monsters. This monster cannot be used as a Fusion Material Monster. You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from either side of the field to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) The original ATK of this card is equal to 1000 x the number of Fusion Material Monsters used to Special Summon it."

HARV'S REVIEW
Not a bad monster to have in your Extra Deck…providing that: either you are running Machine Type monsters (including Cyber Dragon or Proto-Cyber Dragon), or your opponent is running Machine Type monsters (Ditto).
To start with, you’ll need any “Cyber Dragon” on the field, and one or more other Machine Type monsters. They can be yours, or your opponents…although you really should depend on yourself to get this part done. There are tricks to help you out, namely, Machine Duplication. A Special Summoned Cyber Dragon, a Normal Summoned Proto-Cyber Dragon, and an activated Machine Duplication, could possibly get Chimeratech Fortress to the field as a 4000 hitter. Some other monsters like Cyber Valley and Cyber Ouroboros will work with Machine Duplication too. Running DNA Surgery to change all your opponents monsters to Machine Types, and using them in the Special Summoning of Chimeratech Fortress could be sweet…pump your monster, AND clear opponents monster zones. On a very good day, Chimeratech Fortress could even be an OTK. But let’s be realistic about all of this…
You can only run one Cyber Dragon, and one Machine Duplication. In your deck, those are like finding needles in a haystack. You can run 3 Proto-Cyber Dragons…but they are about useless on their own. If you go the route of adding in DNA Surgery, well, you take a good chance of having one or more of them in your hand, or on the field, useless.
When all is said and done, if you run a Machine Type deck, you may very well run Cyber Dragon, Cyber Valleys, and a Machine Duplication. It may break your heart to use Cyber Valleys for Chimeratech Fortress, but it could be worth it on occasion. So if you run the cards that can possibly get Chimeratech Fortress out, then throw him in your Extra Deck. I’d probably avoid DNA Surgery, and Proto’s for they will probably bodge you up more often than not.
Machine Extra Deck - 10/10 (If you run Cyber Dragon, you have nothing to lose by having him in your Extra Deck)
Art – 3/10 (A rather wimpy looking version of the "looks similar to a Cyber Dragon" family) _________________
